Everything was good, attentive staff, incredible location just off the centre of old town and two popular temples and many temples, markets, restaurants. The standard room room was included with the entire bedside table and extra bed, as example. Appreciated the attached restaurant for our dinner. The service was excellent. All the facilities were good.

The room was beautiful with murals painted on the walls and available with a view. The extremely helpful and very very helpful staff accommodated all the needs.

I stayed at Parasol Inn in the heart of the old town for a few days and it was fantastic. The location was perfect, right next to temples and a short walk to the night markets. The room had unique decor and was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The staff were incredibly helpful and even assisted us when our card was swallowed by an ATM nearby. The hotel also offered scooter rental, which was convenient. it was great value for money and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed the hotel, it was wonderful and had fantastic location right by the center of the old town, next to one of the biggest temples. Had compact and individually decorated room, it included a safe box, TV set and a refrigerator.

We ate at a good restaurant which was plenty of food. The unit had a clean bathroom and lovely bedroom. The staff we met was extremely helpful.

The hotel is centrally located in a very convenient area, right beside the walking market on a Sunday, which is a must for all visitors.

All in all, everything was just fine and there's nothing significant that needs improvement.

It is also at the center of the old city, making it very easy for us to get from place to place. The rooms with extra beds were beautiful with murals painted on the walls, and the attention to detail was evident, with an enormous lamp which took up the entire bedside table. The breakfast included was delicious and a great start to the day.

I recently stayed at the Parasol Inn Chiang Mai Old City Hotel - Sha Plus for a week-long vacation. The staff was incredibly friendly and even participated in the Songkran festivities with us. The beds were comfortable and having a bar/restaurant right next to the entrance was super convenient. Additionally, the flexible check-in and check-out times were a great perk. The hotel's location in the middle of the old town center was perfect and we enjoyed the breakfast options available, as other nearby places opened later. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, with excellent AC and reliable wifi. I highly recommend this hotel for its wonderful staff, convenient location, and comfortable amenities.

I had a fantastic stay at Parasol Inn Chiang Mai Old City - Sha Extra Plus. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old city. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. I especially loved the view from my room, overlooking Wat Pan Tao and Wat Chedi Luang. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel also offered reasonably priced spa and tour packages. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Chiang Mai.

The location of this hotel couldn't be better, with easy access to all the attractions of the old city and the popular Night Bazaar area. The outside cafe is a pleasant spot to relax, and the hotel is central to everything. Rooms are simply decorated but functional, with all the amenities you'd expect. Service is friendly, and breakfast is included in the room rate.

The noise level in this hotel can be quite high, especially on the top floor. Late night disturbances from other guests can be a real issue, and the mattress in our room was uncomfortably hard.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in a very convenient area, centrally located in the 'Old City'. The hotel was close to everything, especially the walking market on Sundays which was a must-visit for all visitors. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were beautiful with murals painted on the walls. I loved the attention to detail, like the enormous lamp that took up the entire bedside table and the inclusion of a fridge and a safe. The breakfast included was a nice touch, even though the Western music playing was a bit too loud.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was alright.

This hotel had an amazing location, I was able to easily visit the two best temples and walk to the Sunday night market. The room was clean, spacious, and had great air conditioning. I also loved the unique decor. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, with many places easily within walking distance. We really appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the complimentary bottled water in the rooms.

There were a few negatives to our stay. The walls were thin, so we could hear noise from other guests.
